Validate correct operation of Open MPI on the iris early access platform.  This includes verifying correct operation of Open MPI’s OFI libfabric components and that performance metrics are satisfactory.  Additionally, use the platform to enhance OMPI-X for optimal interaction with Intel accelerator technologies available on iris.
